1. GENERAL POLICY – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All payments made to Cheater Watchers are final and non-refundable. By engaging our services, you
acknowledge that you are paying for our time, expertise, and operational resources, not for a specific
outcome or result.

2. RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your service one time, provided we
receive your request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

3. LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to be available for a scheduled service, will
result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY CHEATER WATCHERS

In the rare event we must cancel a service due to safety, legal, or operational reasons, you will receive a
full credit for future services.

5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal is a violation of this agreement. Doing so will result in immediate service termination, and we will retain all fees while pursuing recovery of administrative and legal costs.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This policy adheres to the consumer protection laws of Ontario, Canada. Any mandatory provisions of law will be respected.
