Cheater Watchers provides observational documentation services conducted exclusively in public spaces.
Our services are strictly limited to lawful observation and documentation of activities visible to any
member of the public. We are not licensed private investigators, lawyers, or law enforcement. Our
services do not constitute private investigation under Ontario’s Private Security and Investigative Services
Act. Clients may not instruct Cheater Watchers personnel to engage in illegal activities, trespass,
harassment, or surveillance outside public areas.

2. NO GUARANTEES

Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis without warranties or guarantees. Cheater Watchers does not
guarantee:

• Specific outcomes or discoveries
•  Legal admissibility of documentation
• Availability of observable activities
•  Exact timelines or results

Client acknowledges that observational success depends on numerous factors outside our control.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client assumes all risk and responsibility for:

• Decisions made based on our services
• Use of deliverables and information provided
• Legal, personal, or financial consequences of service use
• Ensuring lawful use of all information obtained

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Cheater Watchers’ maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service. We are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Emotional distress
• Reputational harm
• Relationship damages
• Financial losses

5. INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cheater Watchers, its personnel, and affiliates from any
claims, damages, or losses arising from:

•  Breach of this disclaimer
• Misuse of services or deliverables
• Illegal or unethical instructions provided
• Violation of third-party rights

6. GOVERNING LAW

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in
the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
